Job summary

The role requires 7–10 years in the semiconductor or equipment support industry, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to train junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years in semiconductor or equipment support.
• Advanced mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Strong tool handling and measurement skills (multimeters).
• Clear written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues using diagnostic tools.
• Follow documented procedures and task plans; maintain records.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams; lead projects as needed.
• Train and mentor junior field service engineers.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
