Job summary

Vantive seeks a Sr./Field Service Engineer in Singapore to provide on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of vital organ therapy equipment at customer sites. You will be the primary technical contact ensuring SOP compliance and service excellence.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer engagement, and collaboration with SAP/Service Max/SFDC. Engineering degree and 5+ years in technical service are preferred. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
Preferably 3–5 years' experience in medical device.
5 Years experience in technical service field.

Responsibilities

Recognized as an expert in technical field.
On-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Capture performed service activities in service delivery system and ensure service documents are submitted on-time.
Be the point of contact for customers; resolve escalation of any customer complaints.
