Job summary

Emerson Electric in Singapore seeks an experienced Service Engineer to lead site projects, supervise teams, and ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution across Southeast Asia. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver complex control automation solutions including DCS OVATION and PLCs.

We require 12+ years in process control automation, strong English communication, and a willingness to travel extensively (over 85%).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Automation or Instrumentation.
• Strong control automation knowledge focusing on DCS and PLCs.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Extensive experience in service engineering within process control automation.
• Travel across SEA region is expected.

Responsibilities

• Site installation and commissioning supervision.
• Lead service projects and supervise a team.
• Manage service assignments per procedures and budgets.
• Prepare service reports for customers and internal use.
• Support Sales with project pursuits and variations.
• Remotely assist customers for troubleshooting.
