Qualifications

• Dipl. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Dipl. in Process Instrumentation.
• 8+ years in Oil & Gas or Process industries.
• Hands-on instrumentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders from initiation through completion with Service, Logistics and other departments.
• Act as primary customer and stakeholder contact for updates and support on technical issues.
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and warranty repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctions, determine root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Prepare clear technical findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to junior engineers.
• Participate in service projects and equipment enhancement initiatives.

About the Job:

Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer - Safety Division

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned service orders from initiation through completion, coordinating closely with Service, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and support on technical issues, service requirements, equipment status, and delivery schedules.
• Perform equipment commissioning, contract maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, service documentation, and warranty repairs for assigned products and systems.
• Independently diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Prepare and communicate technical findings, service reports, and recommendations clearly and professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to junior service engineers and technicians as required.
• Participate in service-related projects, equipment enhancement initiatives, emergency response activities, and other technical assignments to support business and customer needs.

Position Requirements:

• Dipl. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Dipl. in Process Instrumentation

Experience:

• Over 8 years of experience in service or engineering roles within the Oil & Gas or Process industries.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation equipment and instrument measurements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Customer-oriented
• Good in MSOffice (documentation work required)
• Willingness to learn
