You will lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborate with Business Development, provide expert input on fiber-optic processes and deployments, and help translate customer needs into reliable product solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on fiber-optic experience at component or system level.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Experience with global customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to global customers.
• Address customer queries through technical meetings, presentations, and other communication channels related to fiber-optic products.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate product or system solutions.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to fulfill customer requirements and drive opportunities.
• Manage customer programs, ensuring alignment in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and program status in company systems.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions to represent the company’s fiber-optic capabilities.
• Provide expert input on product features, applications, and integration at component and system levels.
• Support internal teams with technical insights on fiber-optic processes, assemblies, and deployments.
