sptel pte. ltd. is seeking a Network Design and Planning engineer in Singapore.

You will design and coordinate the deployment of passive fiber optic networks, perform site surveys, and maintain accurate GIS/AutoCAD documentation. You will forecast CAPEX/OPEX and collaborate with engineering, design, construction, and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. Candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or related field, 1–3 years of fiber optic planning experience, and strong

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in fiber optic planning and passive infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and coordinate passive fiber optic networks.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for network routes.
Create and maintain GIS/AutoCAD drawings and documentation.
Forecast CAPEX/OPEX and manage project budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
Analyze performance data to plan network expansion.
Identify and troubleshoot planning/installation issues.
