Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Senior Fee Operations Professional in Singapore to oversee complete, accurate, and timely fee calculations for global programs and clients. You will master fee structures across private markets, manage fee parameters, and drive automation while coordinating with Legal, Structuring, and client teams.

The role demands a strong analytical mindset, a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, and excellent Excel skills. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Hedge Fund accounting/finance is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Interpret fee terms from legal agreements
• Input and oversee fee parameters in the fee database
• Execute complex fee calculations within deadlines
• Coordinate with Legal, Structuring, and Client Relationship teams
• Drive fee automation initiatives
• Coordinate annual external fee audits
• Respond to client inquiries regarding fee matters
