Zusammenfassung

Partners Group seeks a seasoned fee specialist responsible for accurate calculation of global fee programs across our private markets portfolios. You will interpret fee terms from legal agreements, input parameters into the fee system, and ensure timely, precise closing and periodic calculations.

The role spans collaboration with operations and client teams worldwide. You will analyze fee structures, drive automation initiatives, and participate in external audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or Business Administration; 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Hedge Fund accounting/finance is a strong advantage.
• Independent and analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to synthesize fee concepts and assess impact.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine passion for automation and driving efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Interpret fee terms from legal agreements.
• Input and oversee fee parameters in the fee database.
• Execute complex fee calculations within required deadlines.
• Analyze trends or developments in fee structures.
• Manage multiple automated alerts in the fee system.
• Coordinate with Legal and Structuring teams to clarify fee terms.
• Communicate fee outcomes with Client Relationship and Risk teams.
• Contribute to documentation of decisions and outcomes.
