Job summary

Temasek in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to join Global Finance Operations. You will support payables, receivables, GST, withholding tax, fixed assets, accruals and close processes, ensuring controls and timeliness across deadlines.

The role requires a Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–6 years of relevant experience with strong Excel and ERP system skills. Workday experience is an advantage; you are meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–6 years of relevant finance operations or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, GST, withholding tax, fixed assets, period-end closing, accruals or corporate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices, staff claims, payment runs, customer billing and receivable reconciliations.
• Support GST returns and Singapore withholding tax filings; handle documentation and audits.
• Maintain fixed asset records and coordinate asset verification.
• Lead year-end spend accruals and support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
• Administer corporate insurance policies, renewals and related records.
