Job summary

Exentec is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead operational excellence at a dedicated client site in Singapore. The role focuses on world-class safety, financial discipline, and client satisfaction within a 24x7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will balance team leadership with technical expertise, drive KPI improvements (uptime, reliability, PM, response time), and oversee TGCM, UPW, WWT, and related utilities to enable client production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Technical Facility Management or Operations.
• Proven success in client management and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance and TGCM, UPW, WWT or Cleanroom Mechanical is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Incident Free Workplace (IFW) culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead site operations and maintenance for TGCM and related utilities to meet client needs.
• Own site P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Serve as primary client contact and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing technical operations team.
