Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Technician to maintain facility equipment and support services across the plant. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, HVAC/Utility certification, and at least five years’ facility/utility maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical required.
HVAC/Utility Certification required.
Minimum 5 years of facility/utility maintenance experience.
Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance of facility equipment including HVAC, pumps, compressors, and utility systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of all support services and infrastructure.
Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
