Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineer to plan, coordinate and supervise daily operations for building services and mechanical/electrical systems in our Singapore facilities.

You will develop preventive maintenance programmes, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of working experience in Engineering and Facilities management.
• Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily facilities operations and maintenance activities for building services and related systems.
• Develop and monitor preventive and maintenance programmes to improve reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate rectification with internal teams, contractors and vendors.
