Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a proactive Facilities Engineer to oversee maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of building infrastructure and facility systems on-site in Singapore. You will coordinate with contractors, review drawings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving operational efficiency.

The role focuses on HVac and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and project execution to enhance reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, construction, or site operations.
• Strong understanding of civil and structural maintenance with exposure to building infrastructure and site works.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, chillers, and electrical distribution.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical single-line diagrams, and HVAC operating parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and structural layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Civil & Structural Maintenance: Inspect building structures, drainage, and grounds for defects and maintenance needs.
• On-Site Operations & Troubleshooting: Conduct site investigations and troubleshoot infrastructure issues on a hands-on basis.
• Contractor & Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on maintenance and modification works.
• Preventive Maintenance & Safety: Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime; ensure WS H compliance.
• Mechanical & Electrical Systems: Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers) and electrical infrastructure.
• Facilities Improvement & Project Execution: Identify efficiency opportunities and manage improvement projects from planning to completion within budget and timelines.
