Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore's CBD is seeking a Facilities / Building Manager for a Grade A office. You will lead the M&E team, oversee maintenance of Electrical, ACMV, Lighting, Fire Protection, Elevators, and related systems, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will manage budgets, procure parts, coordinate contractors, review tenant fit-outs, deliver excellent tenant services, prepare monthly performance and variance reports, and participate in tender

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial office buildings.
• Senior Fire Safety Manager certification required.
• Ability to plan budgets and coordinate maintenance work.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to deliver property management services for a Grade A office building.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of M&E systems including electrical, ACMV, lighting, generators, fire protection, elevators and related systems.
• Monitor safe operation of all M&E systems and plan parts and services within budget.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and vendors to meet timelines and standards.
• Review tenant fit-out applications and manage tenant relations.
• Prepare monthly performance and variance reports for senior management and assist in tender processes.
• Forecast budgets and monitor operating expenditure; manage accounts payable related to the property.
