Job summary

CHRIS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Operations professional to oversee day-to-day M&E systems in a commercial facility in Singapore.

You will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building services while maintaining high tenant service levels. Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive maintenance programmes, supervising contractors, coordinating shutdowns with tenants, and assisting in annual maintenance budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial building operations.
• Experience managing outsourced maintenance contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of all M&E systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all building services are functioning efficiently.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
• Supervise contractors, service providers and maintenance vendors.
• Respond to tenants' M&E-related requests and complaints.
• Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance activities with tenants to minimise operational disruptions.
• Provide technical advice on building services and operational matters.
• Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets.
• Attend to emergency incidents after office hours when required.
