Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a Global Real Estate & Property Developer to recruit an M&E Supervisor for a central Singapore site. You will lead and supervise a team of 8-9 technicians and oversee daily M&E operations.

You will manage maintenance programs, supervise contractors, ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements, and help deliver projects within budget and schedule. Central location, Mon–Fri work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years M&E Hard Services hands-on experience maintaining commercial buildings
• Preferably with supervisory experience
• Diploma or degree in engineering/building services/property management is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8–9 M&E technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring KPIs are met
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building M&E systems (electrical, ACMV, generators, fire protection, lifts, escalators, plumbing)
• Manage preventive/corrective maintenance, breakdowns, work orders, repair/replacement works, and maintenance contracts
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including ITQs, tender specs, quotation evaluation, site walks and rectification works
• Plan and manage M&E upgrading, AEI and enhancement projects with consultants/contractors/internal stakeholders
• Support OPEX/CAPEX planning and ensure maintenance works are within budget and schedule
• Oversee M&E-related tenancy works, drawings reviews, fitting-out, handover/takeover, reinstatement and inspections
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark, EHS, PTW and statutory requirements
• Monitor fire alarm and lift breakdowns, licences, permits and other building records
