Job summary

UTAC in Singapore seeks a Maintenance / Facilities Engineer to review, plan, and manage cost effective preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities systems, ensuring reliability and optimum efficiency. You will respond to feedback, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.

The role includes supporting expansion projects and sustainability data submissions.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
ACMV, DI Water, CDA, Vacuum, Gases, WWTP, Electrical System experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review, plan, manage and improve cost effective preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities system, ensuring reliability and optimum efficiency.
Respond to feedback/issues and troubleshoot issues to restore normal operations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
Review and evaluate system capacity and performance to recommend/implement continuous improvement plans.
Support planning, design, and management of expansion/improvement projects.
Provide guidance to duty staff and share knowledge to strengthen operations.
Manage resources including energy and water, and assist with sustainability data submissions.
