Job summary

LEWE ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer in Singapore to own engineering reliability and maintenance strategy for critical facility systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering, or related discipline.
• A relevant diploma with substantial facilities maintenance and engineering experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, utilities, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, contractor management, and project execution is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy-efficiency requirements in Singapore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, performance, and maintenance strategy for assigned facilities systems and equipment, including improvements and replacements.
• Develop, review, and optimise preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of failures to minimise impact.
• Review alarms, trends, and parameters to identify degradation and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain engineering procedures, equipment specs, and maintenance documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and coordinate emergency response when required.
• Develop scopes, specifications, cost estimates for outsourced maintenance and projects, and manage contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and regulatory codes, and support audits.
