Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a disciplined professional to oversee facility plant operations for the Fabs. You will lead FMS staff, coordinate issues, ensure escalation procedures, and support incident investigations.

You will work as part of the ERT, uphold safe practices, and contribute to EH&S programs. Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on M&E/UPW experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Controls or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience on M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting on M&E or UPW systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility plant operations for the respective Fabs.
• Lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with FMS staff; address issues promptly.
• Ensure issues are updated and guided for manpower/logistics needs during shifts.
• Ensure optimum use of manpower and resources for each Fab.
• Adhere to incident escalation procedures and elevate Fab impact incidents.
• Support Fab FMS on incident investigations and pass-down meetings.
