Job summary

GlobalFoundries inc. in Singapore seeks aFacilities Operations professional to oversee Fab plant operations, coordinating FMS staff and ensuring timely handling of issues. You will optimize manpower and logistics for multiple Fabs and participate in incident investigations.

You will be part of the Emergency Response Team, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, environmental standards, and security programs while maintaining a bias for safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience on M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills on M&E or UPW systems.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for facility plant operations for respective Fabs.
• Lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure issues attended timely.
• FMS staff shall update on issues for guidance or manpower/logistics requirements during shift.
• Ensure optimum usage of manpower and logistics/resources for respective Fabs.
• Ensure incident escalation procedures are followed and escalate Fab impact incidents.
• Assist Fab FMS on incident investigation and report findings.
• Highlight and represent Fab operational issues in daily pass-down meetings.
• Work as an ERT member and follow Plant Emergency Response Procedures.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.
