Ideal candidates have a degree in FM or engineering, plus relevant certifications. The position emphasizes contract interpretation, tender planning and senior stakeholder engagement in a dynamic hospitality and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in FM or engineering field.
• SCEM and/or Water Efficiency Manager certification advantageous.
• Ability to interpret contracts and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance of SATS premises to ensure a safe, compliant, cost-effective workplace.
• Monitor custodians and contractors to maximize asset life and minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with business units on real estate needs and space planning to optimize rental costs.
• Coordinate with authorities and vendors to ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Act as energy manager and prepare energy use reports and efficiency plans.
• Lead departmental budgeting for Capex and Opex.
• Oversee major and minor infrastructure capex projects with Building Services teams.
• Ensure procurement and tender processes follow company guidelines.
• Drive sustainability initiatives from large to small scale projects.
• Lead Ethics and Compliance for the department.
