Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Senior Advisor, Ethics & Compliance in Singapore to lead export controls and sanctions programs across Asia. You will interpret complex regulations, advise internal teams, and oversee licensing and registrations to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills, ten years in trade compliance, and familiarity with EAR/ITAR. Occasional travel within Asia may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering or similar.
• Experience with aerospace and defense compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of EAR/ITAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Bombardier’s expert in export control regulations and sanctions for Asia.
• Manage export control licensing submissions and registrations.
• Develop and deliver export-related training across regions.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and conduct regular audits.
