Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of export controls (EAR/ITAR) and regional trade regulations.
• Experience leading licensing and approval processes for hardware, software and data.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for import/export compliance at site level.
• Lead ECCN classification and licensing processes for hardware, software, and data.
• Develop and maintain export control plans and ICP/ TCP programs.
• Oversee customs compliance, HS classification, valuation and country of origin determinations.
• Support trade compliance systems, screening, and data access controls.
