NTUC FairPrice in Singapore seeks a strategic, analytical Senior Executive, Seller Excellence to join the e-Commerce Seller Excellence team. The role drives platform enablement, builds a comprehensive seller education ecosystem, and manages seller experiences to protect platform retention.

You will develop the “Seller University,” capture seller feedback for VoS with product teams, and deliver data-driven coaching to prevent SLA breaches and optimize processes across operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to analyze merchant data and derive actionable coaching plans.
• Experience designing training materials and delivering webinars to external suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal communication for partner-facing programs.

• Design, maintain, and run Seller University with clear guides and learning aids.
• Host live seller training webinars and walkthroughs for new features and apps.
• Draft partner-friendly announcements on business/operational updates.
• Monitor merchant performance metrics and provide proactive coaching to improve SLA outcomes.
