Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to support the Revenue Management team with reporting, dashboard development and campaign performance evaluation across attraction products.

This early-career role focuses on pricing, data analytics, and commercial decision support. You will work with the Senior Manager to monitor demand trends, enhance data usage for business reviews, and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• Preferably 3 years of analytics, reporting, or commercial experience.
• Big plus: tourism/attractions industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and yield analysis via data prep and summaries.
• Monitor promotional pricing changes and impacts.
• Provide ad-hoc data support for reviews and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data inputs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on attendance, revenue, and KPIs.
• Analyze ticket sales, demand patterns, and capacity across offerings.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

The Revenue Management Analyst - Attractions supports the Revenue Management team in delivering accurate reporting, develop and maintain dashboard, and evaluate campaigns performance across attraction products.

This role is designed for early-career individuals who are interested in revenue management, pricing, and data analytics. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Revenue Management to monitor demand trends, support reporting processes, and help improve how data is used for commercial decision-making

Revenue Management

• Support pricing and yield analysis through data preparation and performance summaries.
• Monitor promotional performance and pricing changes, highlighting key impacts.
• Provide ad-hoc data support for business reviews and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on attendance, revenue, and key KPIs.
