Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Work directly with respective stakeholders of gaming and non-gaming promotions (including tournaments, lucky draws, property website, mobile app/kiosk) and events to prepare all promotional, event and campaign documentation required for submission to internal compliance and legal department.
  • Prepare all submissions to the relevant regulatory body and liaise directly with the relevant regulatory personnel to provide any clarification or additional information requested.
  • Engage and liaise with the relevant regulatory bodies to ensure timely submissions and approvals of all gaming and non-gaming promotions and events planned for the integrated resort.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge and precedent repository for all regulatory documentation relating to promotions and events in the integrated resort including submissions/approvals for all promotions and events in the integrated resort.
  • Automate and maintain submissions process of all promotions and events in the integrated resort and seek timely approval from the relevant regulators to ensure efficient deployment of promotions and events in the integrated resort.
  • Manage the application process for promotional gaming equipment and ensure adherence to ICCs/GPs requirements.
  • Manage the notification and applications for simulated gaming carried out with respect to the training, testing and demonstration of promotional games.
  • Keep Supervisor or above fully informed on any regulatory issues as they arise and recommend a course of action.
  • Responsible for maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all SOPs align with the Guiding Principles and are submitted to the CRA regularly.
  • Keep and maintain records of governmental filing requirements.
  • Manage legal/or compliance related matters and work with relevant departments with regard to various legal/compliance issues and advise appropriate courses of actions, preventative or remedial measures when necessary.
  • Be familiar with the Casino Control Act and all relevant Regulations, Directions, Notices, Technical Standards and Internal Control Codes published by the regulatory authorities.
  • Gather data and provide necessary support to Supervisors or above.
  • Plan and manage special projects and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors or above.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director, Regulatory Liaison or above.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in regulatory interpretation, regulatory filing and regulatory dealings.
  • Relevant experience demonstrating an aptitude for analyzing systems, processes and operational procedures.
  • Experience at the local level in Singapore with regulatory and other authorities.
Competencies
  • Familiarity with the Singapore governmental framework.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have good character and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
