Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee building facilities, maintenance, vendors, and daily operations, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities include inspections, contractor management, procurement coordination, and supporting daily operations to maintain efficient workflows. The role also covers housekeeping and security, acting as the main contact for Workplace Safety & Health.

• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and departmental support requirements.
• Assist with the development of maintenance specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry services to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the key point of contact for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and security matters.
