Job summary

SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive, Project Management & Transformation to lead delivery of strategic initiatives. You will coordinate Agile teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth deployments across programs.

You’ll act as Scrum Master, support Product Owners, and reinforce governance and continuous improvement while collaborating with business users and technical teams. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or a related role.
• Experience as Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or governance practices.
• High attention to details and committed to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and escalate issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle — managing scope, timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Product Owners with backlog and sprint planning.
• Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align resources and schedules.
• Support incident management and deployment activities, ensuring smooth releases and effective issue resolution.
• Build strong partnerships with business users, product owners, and technical teams, providing clear progress updates and proactive risk management.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Executive, Project Management & Transformation, you will drive successful project delivery and Agile execution for SimplyGo initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery, support Agile teams, manage timelines and stakeholders, oversee deployments and incident response, and reinforce project governance and continuous improvement.
