Job summary

SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive, Corporate & Marketing Communications to plan, develop and execute integrated marketing communications for our transit ticketing products. You will translate business objectives into customer-centric campaigns and data-driven strategies that drive awareness and growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop marketing content and customer communications (EDMs, social media, website, collateral).
• Collaborate with business units, agencies and partners to deliver initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance digital content across websites, FAQs and customer-facing platforms.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise effectiveness.
• Support customer communications and service updates as required.

What You Will Do

At SPL, you are an integral part of our team - driving meaningful projects and witnessing the tangible difference your work makes. As a Senior Executive, Corporate & Marketing Communications, you will support the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing communications initiatives across SimplyGo's commercial products. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into impactful campaigns, customer-centric communications and data-driven marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, engagement and business growth.

Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Develop marketing content and customer communications, including EDMs, social media content, website updates and campaign collateral.
• Collaborate with business units, agencies and partners to deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
• Maintain and enhance digital content across websites, FAQs and customer-facing platforms.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Support customer communications, service updates and other departmental initiatives as required.

This role might be for you if you have:

• Training in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, campaign management or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content development and customer communications.
