Job summary

IPOS International invites a Senior Executive (Programmes) to shape IP education in Singapore and beyond. You will lead diverse training programmes, collaborate with industry leaders, government agencies, and international partners to co-develop scalable, market-relevant solutions.

You will drive strategic planning, landscape analysis, and data-driven decisions that align with organisational priorities, while contributing to ecosystem development and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in an Institute of Higher Learning will be an advantage.
• Analytical & Research Skills: Able to synthesize data, conduct basic analysis, and derive insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Strategic Thinking: Interest in understanding industry ecosystems, trends, and how training initiatives create impact at a broader level.
• Programme Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage training programmes/projects while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, able to front projects independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Meticulous and responsible working attitude.
• ACTA/ACLP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to plan and deliver training programmes from conception to completion.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant training programmes that meet evolving needs.
• Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret programme and stakeholder data to evaluate impact, track performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to corporate planning and strategic reviews through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Initiate and oversee course development projects by engaging stakeholders to understand evolving industry and client needs.
