Job summary

St Luke's Hospital - Singapore is seeking a fundraising professional to support donor management, proposal development, and partnership engagements for health-related programmes.

You will engage internal stakeholders, maintain data records and generate reports while ensuring compliance with fundraising requirements and governance codes. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills and CRM proficiency, with at least 3 years in the sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fundraising experience in the health, social or community care sector.
• Preferably Business, Marketing or related qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Dynamics/Salesforce).
• Effective communication and presentation skills, oral & written.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building competencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead in donor management including segmentation, targeting and engagement.
• Develop proposals to procure donations and generate resources for programmes and projects.

Support the forging and strengthening of partnerships and collaborations with all types of funding partners; individuals, corporates, community organisations, philanthropic organisations, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
