KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive for the O&G Clinic to support the HOD in managing outpatient clinics, improving operations, and driving service quality.

You will collaborate with nurse managers, clinicians and other staff to reach service targets and enhance patient experiences. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, stakeholder engagement, and leading quality improvement initiatives across the division, with a focus on positive patient

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior working experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the HOD in managing assigned outpatient clinics/centres and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Improve work processes and manage staff to achieve customer service targets.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives in partnership with Nurse Managers, Clinicians and support staff.
• Prepare management reports and use data analytics to enhance patient care and services.
• Initiate and participate in quality/improvement projects within the Division.

Job Description

You will be required to assist the HOD in the management of assigned outpatient clinics/centres including overseeing the day-to-day operations, improving work processes, managing staff, achieving customer service targets and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will work in partnership with Nurse Managers, Clinicians and other support staff to achieve these goals.

In addition, you are responsible for promoting positive patient relationships through feedback management and service recoveries. You will also prepare management reports and use data analytics to enable the clinics/centres to provide better patient care and services. You will have the opportunity to initiate and be involved in the implementation of various quality/improvement projects in the Division.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Those who possess prior working experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
