Job summary

dp architects is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead and mentor a small team in delivering strategic corporate communications. You will craft messaging across publications, media releases, websites and EDMs, while coordinating events and brand content with a keen eye for detail.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong writing and stakeholder engagement, and a background in design or architecture is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business.
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder engagement across levels.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and visual communication skills.
  • Experience in managing digital platforms, public relations and media relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives.
  • Provide sound communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee awards programme, including managing timelines and submissions.
  • Draft, edit and proofread a range of corporate materials including publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs.
  • Manage and update the firm’s website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content.
  • Contribute to the development and production of brand content, such as corporate videos and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with media relations, including facilitating media requests and supporting media coverage opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate key corporate events.
  • Guide junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Design and architecture industry experience is a plus.
