Job summary

You will coordinate publications, develop content for EDMs, websites and social platforms, and manage vendor relationships to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement and bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant marketing communications experience.
• Experience managing publications, magazines, newsletters or editorial projects.
• Stakeholder and external vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communications, campaigns and promotional activities in line with brand and business objectives.

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible to support the planning and execution of marketing communications, campaigns, events, publications and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communications, campaigns and promotional activities in line with brand and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end production of publications, including editorial planning, content coordination, proofreading, design, approvals and printing.
• Develop and manage content across EDMs, newsletters, websites, social media and other digital platforms.
• Support marketing communications for events, campaigns and corporate initiatives, including invitations, collaterals, digital content and post-event communications.
• Draft, edit and proofread engaging marketing and corporate communications while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including agencies, designers, photographers, printers and vendors.
• Manage project timelines, approvals and deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding actions and addressing potential delays.
• Maintain marketing and editorial calendars, content libraries and project records.
• Provide regular updates to management and support other marketing initiatives and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant marketing communications experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in managing publications, magazines, newsletters or editorial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and external vendor management.
