Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is partnering with a top Higher Education Institution in Singapore. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will support Special Projects, Admissions, Outreach, Finance/Procurements and Alumni, coordinating meetings, timelines, communications and event logistics to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives.

Diploma holders (3–4 years' relevant experience) or fresh graduates with strong organisational and interpersonal skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or fresh university graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in event management, project coordination or higher education administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Special Projects: planning, coordination, and execution of events; maintain project timelines and documentation.
• Coordinate Admissions interviews and manage scheduling and communications.
• Assist with Outreach events: recruit and coordinate student ambassadors, venues and logistics.
• Support Finance/Procurement: source quotations and liaise with vendors; reconciling SAP reports.
• Maintain and update the alumni database; assist with alumni communications and events.
