Job summary

Far East Hospitality in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Executive, E-commerce and Website Experience to own the content, enhancements and UX of our 9 web assets. You will drive improvements across 9 sites and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless user experience.

You will work with the Head of Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager of E-commerce & Website Experience, IT leads, and external agencies to optimize content and conversions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented with strong teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of CMS or web programming (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly enhancements of websites and e-commerce platforms with rigorous user testing and documentation.
• Ensure governance and content guidelines for websites and e-commerce.
• Coordinate website content updates and support stakeholders via ticketing center.
• Leverage data and research to propose new features to improve 9 websites.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

Far East Hospitality is a regional hospitality owner and operator with a diverse portfolio of nine unique brands of hotels and serviced residences. You will be part of a performance marketing digital and e-commerce team responsible for driving e-commerce capabilities at Far East Hospitality. As a Senior / Executive, E-commerce and Website Experience, you will take ownership for the content, enhancement and optimisation of the user experience of our 9 web assets and other e-commerce platforms.

• Manage monthly enhancements of websites and e-commerce platforms, including conducting of rigorous user testing and maintaining project/user documentation


• Ensure effective governance of our websites and our e-commerce platforms, including regular audits and creation of content guidelines


• Facilitate or assist in website content updates, and servicing stakeholders through our internal website content ticket centre


• Utilise data and research to propose new features, functionalities, design or content to optimise user experience for 9 websites


• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of website content management systems or web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be advantageous
