Job summary

SingHealth Group seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee outpatient clinic operations from a systems perspective, ensuring smooth service delivery for patients. You will support outpatient systems, handle feedback, and collaborate with the Information Technology department and stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at various levels.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good project management skills with ability to adopt systems design thinking.
• Self-directed and independent with ability to work under tight timelines.
• Excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous.
