• Prior experience in career fairs, outreach programmes, campaigns and events advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employer branding initiatives and talent campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Source employee stories and maintain branding collateral and databases.
• Assist in drafting procurement papers, meetings notes, and project docs.
• Support digital content development and track campaign performance.
• Assist with outreach events and campus engagement activities.
