Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant specializing in HR and healthcare for a 1-year agency contract in One-North, Singapore. The role supports employer branding, talent engagement, and HR strategy while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

The incumbent will assist in creating compelling HR content, manage event materials, and contribute to campaigns targeting students and early-career professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with event support, procurement paperwork and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures and talent attraction campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects meet timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in sourcing employee stories, photos and videos to showcase the employee experience.
• Prepare project documents, presentations, meeting notes and procurement papers.
• Maintain employer branding resources, databases and marketing materials.
• Support career fairs, campus engagement sessions and recruitment events.
• Monitor outreach materials and manage inventory, including replenishment when required.
• Assist with the procurement of event materials and promotional items.
• Maintain and update the nursing ambassador database to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in creating social media and digital content, including copywriting, visual briefs and content scheduling.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on talent attraction initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns targeting students and early-career professionals.
• Support talent pipeline initiatives and gain exposure to workforce planning strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends, employer branding practices and candidate experience.
• Prepare research findings, presentations and insights for internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Projects

• Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures and talent attraction campaigns.
