Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. You will help create recruitment videos and campaigns, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain marketing materials.

You will also assist with campus outreach, social media content, and HR projects, gaining exposure to workforce planning and stakeholder presentations while developing strong written communication and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, HR, Events Management or related field.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented with strong written communication.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and teams.
• Interest in employer branding, marketing, communications, HR or talent acquisition.
• Content creation, event coordination or HR project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, brochures and talent attraction campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in sourcing employee stories, photos and videos to showcase the employee experience.
• Prepare project documents, presentations, meeting notes and procurement papers.
• Maintain employer branding materials, databases and marketing resources.
• Support career fairs, campus engagement activities and recruitment events.
• Manage outreach materials inventory and assist with procurement.
• Maintain and update the nursing ambassador database.
• Assist in developing social media content, copywriting and campaign scheduling.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Contribute creative ideas for talent attraction campaigns.
• Support research on industry trends, employer branding practices and candidate experience.
• Assist with talent pipeline research, workforce planning initiatives and stakeholder presentations.
