PERSOL is seeking an entry-level professional for Employer Branding, Content & Projects to drive branding initiatives, campus engagement, and talent-attraction campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, create digital content, and support outreach activities to attract healthcare talent and students. This role offers a structured development path in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualificações

• Entry level with a recognised degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, HR, Business or related discipline.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• Organised and adaptable to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuinely curious about people and what makes a workplace compelling.
• Prior internship/project/freelance experience in content creation, social media, events, marketing, employer branding or HR is a plus but not required.
• Hands-on exposure to employer branding, talent attraction and outreach initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and delivery of employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos and brochures.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain employer branding resources and monitor content performance.
• Research and benchmark talent attraction trends and candidate experience.
• Develop digital and social media content, including copywriting and visual briefing support.
• Contribute ideas for content and campaigns engaging students and early-career talent.
• Play an active role in career fairs, campus engagements and recruitment campaigns.
• Support outreach material preparation, inventory monitoring and replenishment.
• Assist sourcing and procurement of event/outreach items.
• Manage nursing ambassador database and collect outreach insights for improvements.
