Job summary

The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to join the Examinations team to manage development and administration of financial sector regulatory and industry exams. The role engages with examination boards, content specialists, and external stakeholders to drive exam development.

You will review study guides and exam questions for quality, currency, and compliance, analyze exam data for governance and continuous improvements, and support

Qualifications

• Background in banking, economics or finance with work experience in the financial or learning and development industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in exam development and/or instructional design.
• Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse exam related data to support assessment quality, operational effectiveness, strategic decision-making and management reporting.
• Good research, writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the development, and implementation of financial sector regulatory and industry exams.
• Engages and works with a diverse pool of specialist study guide writers and exam content specialists to develop, review and maintain quality study guides and exam questions.
• Conducts review of study guide and exam questions to ensure quality, relevancy and currency.
• Conducts investigations and surveillance to ensure integrity of exams.
• Manages the exam systems, including the publishing and maintenance of exam content through the exam delivery platform.
• Supports the exams administration including handling candidates’ enquiries, to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Reviews policies, frameworks and processes for exams development and administration to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyses exam related data to provide insights that support exam quality, governance, operational planning and continuous improvements.
