Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience in managing workforce transformation, talent development or organisation development initiatives would be preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to engage various stakeholders to make sense of the fast-evolving landscape and synthesise complex issues and feedback into strategies and actionable interventions
• Fast-learner and critical thinker who is motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Study the emerging trends and changes in the financial sector landscape that would impact workforce transformation and talent development by engaging various industry stakeholders and adopting a data-driven approach
• Generate insights and propose strategies and interventions to enhance the employability of financial sector professionals and young talent while meeting the manpower needs of the financial industry
• Collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, industry associations and union partners in the design, development and implementation of workforce transformation and talent development initiatives efficiently and at scale
• Perform management reporting and presentations on the strategies, interventions, progress, and outcomes of the various initiatives
• Organise and conduct industry briefings and outreach events to raise awareness of the initiatives amongst financial sector professionals
