Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager in the Examinations Development Department (EXMD) to oversee the quality and development of ITE examinations. You will work closely with SMEs to manage item banks, coordinate paper creation, and ensure alignment with curricula and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good IT proficiency and ability to learn digital assessment systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with good organisational skills.
• Familiarity with assessment design or educational assessment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and maintenance of test items, examination papers and related materials.
• Coordinate development, review, translation and updating of test items with SMEs.
• Support SMEs in assessments through item bank management and paper development.
• Assemble examination papers from approved test items ensuring alignment with Test Plans.
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure timely development and readiness of papers.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of examination papers.
