Qualifications

• Interest in traditional marketing, events, and brand activation.
• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, roadshows, or campaigns preferred.
• Willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) for events.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Independent and collaborative work capability.
• Experience in event management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including logistics, setup, teardown, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist media planning and campaign execution across channels and platforms.
• Source quotations from multiple suppliers, evaluating pricing and service offerings to support procurement and budgeting.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategies and decision-making.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, purchase requests, quotations and related processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute plans and meet objectives.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed.
