Mediacorp Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an events coordinator to support planning and execution of high-profile events. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery from concept to on-site delivery.
The role requires strong organisational skills, budgeting, scheduling, venue sourcing, and vendor management. You will prepare briefing documents, post-event reports, and assist with on-site operations to ensure client satisfaction.
The role requires working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of events from planning through to execution.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Mediacorp's assets and owned media.
Assist in pre-event planning including scheduling, budgeting, venue sourcing, and vendor coordination.
Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support throughout event preparation and execution.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Production, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare event materials, briefing documents, and post-event reports.
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Development, Events Management, or equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant experience in event planning, coordination, or execution.
Experience with large-scale or high-profile events is an advantage
Sound understanding of event planning processes and project coordination.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Basic budgeting and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
