Job summary

OCTAGON is seeking an Account Manager with a passion for events and hospitality to lead end-to-end planning and production, from concept through on-site delivery, ensuring unforgettable client experiences.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, budgeting, and delivering high-quality experiences across motorsport and live events. Travel and weekend work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Min 5-7+ years’ experience in event planning, production, or client servicing.
• Experience in motorsport races is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Excellent project management with multiple accounts/projects.
• Proactive problem-solving and live-day troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning, execution and delivery of events and hospitality programs.
• Develop event proposals and planning decks with timelines and budgets.
• Manage on-site event execution, setup, live production and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics, production elements and guest itineraries.
• Develop and deliver pre- and post-event reporting.
• Lead junior team members and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality.
