Job summary

Epic Events Collective in Singapore is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of client events. You will coordinate with designers, vendors and clients, manage setup, teardown and on-site management, and help ensure events run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event coordination, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The role is based in MEGA@Woodlands, working Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in event coordinating/planning.
• Able to work in a team to execute successful events.
• Assist in coordinating, setup and teardown of events.
• Communicate with client through call, WhatsApp, email and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Access platforms such as Gebiz and TenderBoard to bid for projects.
• Handling enquiries for event planning & equipment rental.
• Work with designer & event coordinator to coordinate vendors, manpower, delivery for events.
• Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite event management.
• Work in a team to run the event smoothly.
• Manage costs and maximise profits.
• Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique.
• Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Servicing existing and new clients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
