Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior EV workshop specialist to diagnose, maintain and repair electric vehicles on-site in Singapore.

You will perform diagnostics, servicing and repair per manufacturer standards, diagnose HV systems, batteries, motors and inverters, and guide technicians on safety and repair best practices. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Automotive Eng, has at least 10 years of EV experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and can work

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive/Electrical Eng required.
• 10+ years of EV diagnosis, maintenance and repair experience.
• Hands-on experience with HV systems, EV batteries, inverters and charging systems.
• Knowledge of EV safety procedures, HV isolation and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair EVs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HV systems, battery packs, motors and charging systems.
• Perform HV isolation and safety procedures during repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to workshop technicians on EV repair and safety.
• Support expansion of EV repair and servicing capabilities.
• Assist customers by explaining repair findings and recommended maintenance.
• Coordinate with Workshop Manager to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Workshop Manager or Management.
