Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for Lifecycle Management, End User Computing (EUC). You will lead day-to-day EUC lifecycle delivery, coordinating assets, devices, and platforms across stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.

The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, data reporting, and coordination with vendors to optimize EUC operations while driving continuous improvement across the EUC environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Operations, or Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of EUC lifecycle services across asset, change, incident, and service requests.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal support teams, partners, and engineering teams for service quality and SLA compliance.
• Track asset lifecycle activities: deployment, refresh, replacement, and disposal; maintain central asset records.
• Perform data analysis on asset utilization, lifecycle trends, and inventory accuracy; generate dashboards and reports.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and coordinate procurement and delivery with EUCD vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end EUC lifecycle activities including deployment, maintenance, and retirement of devices and client platforms.
